the sake

By naming the restaurant ERH short for "Eau, Riz, Hommes" in french (water, rice, humans),  we wished to pay tribute to sake to its three ancestral elements. After many trips to Japan to meet the producers, we have created a map that will allow you to travel through the different regions of this incredible country. 

 

Our sake sommeliers are ready to make you travel with their pairings: between the finesse of food and the elegance of sake. The wines are obviously not forgotten, not to mention our Japanese whisky menu.
