Ryuichi Utsumi first started with Japanese cuisine, working in his native country in the world of sushi. Then wanting to diversify, he studied French gastronomy and decided to settle in Paris.
With his knowledge and the diversity of his knowledge, Ryuichi Utsumi's cuisine is unique and will transport you between France and Japan.
