The cuisine is composed of several sequences inspired by Japanese know-how and French terroir, and we have fun connecting these two worlds thanks to this incredible drink that is sake.

Ryuichi Utsumi first started with Japanese cuisine, working in his native country in the world of sushi. Then wanting to diversify, he studied French gastronomy and decided to settle in Paris.

With his knowledge and the diversity of his knowledge, Ryuichi Utsumi's cuisine is unique and will transport you between France and Japan.

Under the ERH restaurant are the two iconic bars of the

GOLDEN PROMISE: the cocktail bar and the collector’s whiskey bar.

In these two spaces, you can taste the menu of dishes to share, created by ERH chef, Ryuichi Utsumi
